YUCK! It's raining. Big surprise for the NW. Today will be my 2nd training run for my Half in September. It's the same as the first. Walk 2 / Run 3 for 35 minutes. Then I have to teach a spin class at 6pm.
Yesterday I taught a half hour spin class and a half hour Core class. I didn't think I could fill a half hour with just core. I was wrong. I need to shorten my list. I integrated some yoga back relaxation postures to ease my back pain and just to be safe. Here is the list of the half hour core class:
Crunches 25
Left Side crunches 25
Right side crunches 25
Planks 30 seconds
Cat/Cow 10 each
Child's pose
Plank 1 minute
Cat/Cow 10 each
