I've been so busy that I haven't had time to write any posts.
I've still been running. Yesterday was my longest yet. Almost 8 miles for 1hour and 15 minutes. Walk one minute / Run 8 minutes.
Yoga is going well as always. Can't say enough good about it.
Spinning is going well except I'm getting a little overwhelmed with all the classes I'm teaching. I've asked to cut back on a few.
As soon as I get inspired I promise to write something soon!
